In addition, calm returned to the area, while the circumstances of the accident were still unknown, amid information that the shooting came to keep one of them away from the building.

These developments came at a time when Russian President Vladimir Putin stressed the need to urge the new Afghan authorities to fulfill their promises.

He also called for using the capabilities of the organization to prevent the spread of terrorism, drug trafficking and extremism from Afghanistan, proposing the resumption of the work of the contact group in the organization for cooperation between it and Kabul.
This comes at a time when the Afghan situation, which has been threatened by a political and economic crisis since the Taliban took control of the country, raises the concern of neighboring countries, especially Iran and Pakistan.
The Taliban had taken control of the capital, Kabul, weeks ago, after Afghan President Ashraf Ghani fled the country, and the withdrawal of US and NATO forces from the country was completed.
