A mother and her two children were killed yesterday (Friday) in Helwan, south of Cairo, after they fell from the balcony of their sixth-floor house, while performing Friday prayers.
Official investigations revealed that an 11-year-old girl named Malak Ahmed was carrying her baby sister, “May,” on the balcony of their house on the sixth floor. The three died.
Eyewitnesses explained, according to “Sky News Arabia”, that when they came out of the Friday prayer, the mother was still alive and only uttered a few words, “My children… my children fell. I tried to save them.” Then she died, and the baby died in the hospital.
They pointed out that when the father came out of the Friday prayer and was surprised by the scene, he was in a state of shock and astonishment, and began to say, “There is no power or strength except in God. to the hospital, but she died after arriving.
They reported that the police came to the site and listened to the testimonies of eyewitnesses, and the prosecution was notified to investigate and transport the bodies to the mortuary to determine the cause of death.
