The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia revealed the employment of 10,000 beneficiaries of social security during the first half of this year by issuing a “freelance” license and implementing 148 training programs to train 450 specialists in human resources.

The “Human Resources” added that the ministry issued 8,140 freelance documents during the first half of this year, in addition to conducting intensive training programs for social services beneficiaries.

The ministry indicated that the return on the contribution of the non-profit sector to the national economy amounted to 207.27 million riyals in the first half of this year, according to the newspaper “Al-Sharq al-Awsat”.

The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, said that the contract documentation initiative contributed to preserving the rights of establishments and workers, and also contributed to reducing labor disputes and issues, and the total number of electronically documented contracts amounted to more than 3.6 million work contracts.
