belbalady The Directorate of Health and Population in Beheira, led by Dr. Mahmoud Talha, Undersecretary of the Ministry, organized a free multidisciplinary medical convoy over two days in the village of Sharnoub in Damanhour Center, within the framework of the presidential initiative “A Dignified Life”.

The convoy resulted in the detection of 1,487 residents of the village, and the necessary treatment was given to them free of charge.
Dr. Mahmoud Talha, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Beheira, said that the convoy included mobile clinics with all medical specialties (internity – children – ophthalmology – dermatology – surgery – orthopedics – family planning – obstetrics and gynecology – dentistry – urology).

In addition to conducting the necessary medical analyzes and x-rays, providing treatment for cases free of charge, in addition to conducting awareness and educational seminars for the people of the village, amid taking the necessary preventive and precautionary measures. Dr. Hamouda Al-Jazzar, Undersecretary of the Directorate of Health, added that the convoy came in implementation of the directives of Dr. Hala Zayed, Minister of Health and Population, Major General Hisham Amna, Governor of the Beheira, and Dr. Wafaa Al-Sadiq, Assistant Minister of Health for the affairs of free medical treatment convoys, to provide health services to the people of villages deprived of health services, especially the villages of the President’s Initiative for a Dignified Life. .

For his part, Major General Hisham Amna stressed the continuation and intensification of free medical convoys, the provision of distinguished health services, and attention to areas deprived of medical service in villages, manors and hamlets.
