“Extra News” satellite channel broadcast in urgent news a while ago that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met today, Sunday, with Dr. Mohamed Awad Taj El-Din, Advisor to the President of the Republic for Health and Prevention Affairs.
The official spokesman for the Presidency of the Republic stated that the meeting dealt with a presentation of the developments of a number of presidential initiatives in the health sector at the level of the Republic.
President Sisi directed the preparation of such equipment at the highest technical and medical level in various disciplines, especially women’s health cases, so as to provide the largest possible number of services to the largest number of citizens in the various regions covered by the presidential health initiatives at the level of the Republic.
The president directed that the agreement on medical cars with the German side include training medical, nursing and paramedics cadres, as well as establishing centers for manufacturing and providing spare parts with international specifications in Egypt, so that these centers will be a reference for Egypt, Africa and the Middle East.
The President was briefed on the efforts to provide the latest German medical equipment and devices for medical and health initiatives, especially with regard to ambulances and vehicles equipped for intensive care that are used to transport patients safely to referral hospitals for treatment.
The cars equipped for examining and diagnosing patients were also reviewed within the various health initiatives under the patronage of the President, especially “Dignified Life”, “Medical Caravans” and “100 Million Health”, as well as cars equipped with CT scans to provide this service urgently in places of examination and care. Patients, in addition to early detection devices for tumors and various diseases, in preparation for supplying these devices to Egypt according to its needs.
