The Portuguese coach, Carlos Queiroz, the coach of the Egyptian national team, is considering announcing the final list of professional and local players for the matches of Angola and Gabon, after the summit match between Al-Ahly and Zamalek in the league, specifically on November 6.
The International Football Association (FIFA) set nine o’clock in the evening on November 12 and 15 as dates for the matches of Angola with Egypt, and Egypt with Gabon, respectively, in the last two rounds of the African Group Six qualifiers for the World Cup.
The Egyptian Football Association has designated Borg El Arab Stadium as a stadium for the match between Egypt and Gabon at the end of the group competitions, and has also asked the security authorities to allow 30,000 fans to attend.
Egypt is currently ranked sixth in Africa after the latest FIFA rankings, which placed it in 44th place in the world, while Nigeria ranks fifth in Africa and 36th globally.
Egypt played two matches in October against Libya in the third and fourth rounds of the African qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup, where the Pharaohs won the two matches with a score of 1-0 and 3-0.
