Pushed toddlers, tossed and pulled by force: The Central District Attorney’s Office filed an indictment this morning (Tuesday) in the Rehovot Magistrate’s Court against Susie Levy Aloni (49) from Rishon Lezion, for several offenses of assaulting toddlers during her work as an assistant at a nursery in Ness Ziona. According to the indictment, Levy Aloni attacked toddlers aged one and a half to two years who were under her care.
The indictment, filed by Adv. Omer Segal-Rosenbaum, details five assault charges that were carried out during the defendant’s work at the “Milky Way” nursery starting in 2017. Each of the assaults of the toddlers under her care at the daycare center were carried out at different times.
For example, she forcibly pulled the children’s hands and feet, pushed them, lifted them and threw them on a mattress and pressed a mattress firmly on their head. In addition, she pulled the toddlers out of their hands so that their heads were slammed into the mattress. In one case, Levy Aloni spun a toddler in the air before slamming her into the mattress, and also pulled one of the toddlers by force each time the toddler tried to get up from the mattress. In other cases, she leaned on her body on toddlers who were lying on mattresses in the garden.
