The Fifth Circuit of Terror, headed by Counselor Mohamed El-Said El-Sherbiny, and held in Tora, sentenced Bahaa Kish, the guard of the terrorist Hisham El-Ashmawy, who was deported with him from Libya, to death by hanging, and 2 others, in the “Al-Mourabitin terrorist cell”.

The ruling was issued under the chairmanship of Counselor Mohamed El-Said El-Sherbiny and the membership of consultants, Wagdy Abdel-Moneim and Dr. Ali Emara, in the presence of Mohsen Abdel-Sattar, the Public Prosecution Office, and the secretariat of Ashraf Salah and Ahmed Mustafa.

The defendants were charged with several charges, including committing the crime of financing a terrorist group by providing it with weapons, ammunition and explosives, and as Egyptians, they joined an armed group outside the country for training and learning the arts and methods of combat.

Among the terrorists involved in the formation of the Al-Mourabitin terrorist cell, the deceased were the terrorist Hisham Ashmawy, the terrorist Omar Rifai Sorour and the terrorist Imad Al-Din Abdel Hamid.
