DUBAI, 21st October / WAM / The Advanced Electronics Company – a subsidiary of the Saudi Arabian Military Industries “SAMI” concluded its 17th participation in GITEX 2021, one of the largest international events specialized in the technology field, which was held at the Dubai World Trade Center from 17 to 21 October Present.

Ziyad bin Hammoud Al-Musallam, CEO of AEC, said on the participation, “We are proud of AEC’s success in various international events and exhibitions, which reinforces our growing role as a regional leader in the communications and information technology sector and one of the main enablers of the Kingdom in its ambitious journey towards digital transformation. During the exhibition, the company displayed its latest innovative products and solutions, including “Bariq” drones, managed services, security operations center, sandboxing protection system, data diodes and computing systems, as the company revealed its leading capabilities in the field of electronics, technology and manufacturing.

On the sidelines of the exhibition, AEC concluded several strategic partnership agreements, including an agreement with Seeloz to enhance AEC’s supply chains through artificial intelligence technologies, an agreement with the Estonian company Talgen to enhance the cybersecurity capabilities of AEC, and a cooperation agreement with Easy Solutions to provide smart solutions. The company’s pavilion at the exhibition attracted a large number of visitors, including dignitaries and prominent representatives of the communications and information technology industry from all over the world. Among the dignitaries who visited the company’s pavilion were Prince Dr. Bandar bin Abdullah bin Mishari Al Saud, Assistant Minister of Interior for Technical Affairs, and His Excellency Dr. Khalid bin Hussain Al-Bayari, Assistant Minister of Defense for Executive Affairs, and Badr Al-Qahtani, the Saudi cultural attaché to the country.

The advanced electronics pavilion witnessed the visit of Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Jadhi, CEO of Elm, Sami Ibrahim Al-Shalfan, CEO of Information Technology in the National Guard, Ayman Al-Falaj, CEO of Thiqa Company, and the delegation of the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority, Sdaya, headed by Eng.
