The Libyan National Oil Corporation announced today, Tuesday, that its net revenues during last September from sales of crude oil, gas, condensate, petroleum products and petrochemicals exceeded $1.796 billion, achieving record levels, driven by a boom in prices around the world.
A statement by the company stated that the total net revenue from oil sales in US dollars has reached more than one billion and 796 million and 223 thousand dollars.

In this regard, Eng. Mustafa Sanalla, Chairman of the Corporation, commented: “The production rates are wonderful and the price boom is an important and encouraging sign. We expect a significant reduction in the deficit that the general budget has suffered for years, and we are optimistic that financial stability will contribute to creating an investment environment, especially in the infrastructure of the public sector.” National Oil.

It is noteworthy that the revenues for the month of September do not include royalties and taxes, as well as shipments of crude oil that were transferred to the Ubari station, which are charged to the General Electricity Company, and their value during the same month was recorded at more than 23.914 million US dollars, in addition to what Mellitah received from the crude oil company.
