Yesterday, the Chief of the General Staff, Lieutenant General Fayyad bin Hamed Al-Ruwaili, headed the Defense Ministry delegation participating in the meeting of the Saudi-Korean Ministerial Committee for Defense Cooperation at the Ministry of Defense in the Republic of South Korea, in the presence of the committee member and Chairman of the General Organization for Military Industries Eng. Mohammed bin Hamad Al-Mady.

On the Korean side, he was also headed by Deputy Minister of National Defense Park Jae-min.

During the meeting, they reviewed relations and cooperation between the defense ministries in the two countries, and ways to enhance them to serve common interests, especially in the military and defense fields.

The Chief of the General Staff affirmed his pride in the well-established relations with the Republic of South Korea, pointing out his keenness on the importance of coordinating the efforts of the future stage to witness more cooperation in a manner that meets the common interests of both sides, expressing his deep appreciation for the efforts made for military and defense cooperation during the next stage.
