The Dubai Health Authority has completed all procedures and steps for transferring emergency services for children from (Dubai and Latifa Women and Children) Hospital to Al Jalila Children’s Specialist Hospital, provided that Al Jalila Children’s Hospital will receive emergency cases for children as of Wednesday, October 20.
This came as part of a plan approved by the authority and began its implementation two months ago, to transfer all medical services for children from Dubai Health Hospitals to Al Jalila, within the framework of the integration of roles between Dubai government hospitals, and the grouping of medical services provided to children under one roof.
The service transfer series also came based on a memorandum of understanding that the authority had signed with Al Jalila Hospital last April, with the aim of achieving strategic compatibility in providing medical and medical support services, and institutional support services, in addition to concerted joint efforts, and working on the optimal use of institutional and human resources. and financial services, in the interest and service of children, and to provide patients with high-level medical care.
In the same context, Al Jalila Hospital, with all its modern technologies, equipment, and hospitalization environment, has been prepared to receive emergency cases of children, amid great care from medical and medical support and technical staff, as well as administrative staff, who were prepared to provide their best services in order to care for children and enhance their health.
