The Ministry of Education is participating in the 41st edition of GITEX Technology Exhibition 2021, the leading and most prominent technical event in the Middle East, which will be held in Sheikh Saeed Hall (1) at the Dubai World Trade Center from 17 to 21 October.

The Ministry’s pavilion at the exhibition showcases several projects that have been worked on based on innovation, knowledge, modern technologies and advanced technology to serve the community with effective digital solutions, to raise performance efficiency and achieve a qualitative leap in the concept of providing government services and enhancing the digital and technological future.

The ministry’s platform at the exhibition includes advanced future skills, scientific materials curricula and information technology, while the ministry will present important projects, which is the Blockchain digital trust platform project to enable citizens and residents in the country to request a digital copy of documents issued to them by government and private agencies and share them with the service providers. Services immediately, in order to support digital transformation and reduce the need to rely on documents, whether paper or cards.

The robotic speaker project supported by artificial intelligence paves the way to facilitate access to the service in line with government trends, as the added value is that the robotic speaker is not only by writing but also by voice, in the interest of the ministry to diversify the ways to provide digital services, in addition to the advanced analysis project. Artificial intelligence to enable decision makers to make proactive, instantaneous decisions based on feedback shared on social media.

The project of the national platform for competitions, student activities and the development of the educational system is considered a unified national platform for all competitions and activities of the ministry at the state level, while the project of the integrated national digital environment for lifelong education aims to build a comprehensive and integrated learning management system with various educational platforms integrated with international standards and protocols that help to Enabling decision-making, along with a project to display some robots.

The exhibition targets new innovative projects and provides radical solutions through transversal projects to shorten time and effort, optimize resources, display projects through digital transformation, simplify service procedures and facilitate access for all segments of society, and take advantage of advanced technology or emerging technology in projects to analyze data and provide services proactively, such as applications Artificial intelligence, exchanging ideas and experiences, and increasing visitors’ awareness of the Ministry of Education’s digital services. It also targets government agencies for evaluation, parents and the public.

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for Performance Improvement, Abdul Rahman Al Hammadi, said that the state provides a role model in pioneering initiatives with technical solutions and qualitative innovations to serve humanity and future needs. For future generations in terms of information technology, knowledge, education and innovation, and benefit from them in the transition to smart, modern and pioneering education that keeps pace with the future and its requirements and develop the educational system.
