The Chinese General Customs Administration said that the volume of trade exchange between Russia and China increased in the first three quarters of 2021 by 29.8% compared to the same period last year.
In its statement, the Chinese customs stated that the volume of trade exchange between the two countries amounted to 102.529 billion dollars in the mentioned period of this year.
Chinese exports to Russia during the reporting period grew by 32.4% in annual terms and amounted to $47.401 billion.
Imports from Russia to China increased by 27.6% to $55.128 billion.
In September of this year, the volume of trade exchange between Russia and China amounted to 13.468 billion dollars.
During that period, exports from China to Russia amounted to 6.601 billion dollars, and imports from Russia to China – 6.867 billion dollars.
It is noteworthy that at the end of 2020, trade between Russia and China fell by 2.9% to $107.76 billion.
