A 5-year-old boy is in a critical condition, anesthetized and respirated, after falling from a height this evening (Friday) on Rabbi Tzaban Street in Netivot. The boy was taken to Soroka Hospital in Be’er Sheva in an unstable condition with a head injury.
Soroka Hospital reported: “A 5-year-old boy was evacuated from Netivot to the trauma room at the Soroka hospital, after falling from a height. His condition is defined as serious. He is anesthetized and respirated. At this stage, he is still undergoing imaging tests at the hospital.”
MDA paramedic Andrei Vasco said: “There was a lot of commotion at the place. The boy who fell from a height of several storeys was lying on the floor unconscious and suffering severe injuries to all parts of his body. We provided him with life-saving medical treatment that included anesthesia and resuscitation and evacuated him to the hospital when his condition was serious and unstable. “
