Dubai Civil Defense teams managed to control a fire that started at a car showroom in Ras Al Khor in Dubai, and then spread to 8 showrooms without any injuries, as 55 cars were damaged by the fire.
In detail, the Dubai Civil Defense Operations Room received a report at 5:28 am “Tuesday”, stating that a fire had occurred in a car showroom in the Ras Al Khor area, and the Nad Al Sheba Fire and Rescue Center immediately moved as a first responder and a competent authority, and upon reaching the site within 6 minutes , It was found that the fire is advanced and extendable to the neighboring showrooms, so that the firefighting teams can carry out their duties in fighting the fire, with a request for support and assistance from the Rashidiya Fire and Rescue Center.
The field commander stated that the firefighting efforts needed additional support, and immediately teams were moved from Port Said and Al Qusais centers to carry out support operations.
At 6:12, the field commander announced that the accident was under control without any injuries or deaths, confirming that 55 cars from a total of 8 showrooms were damaged at the accident site, and at 6:53 he reported that cooling operations had begun before handing over the site to the competent authorities for investigations.
