The president of the Moroccan Football Association, Fawzi Lekjaa, announced that the Moroccan fans will return to the stadiums gradually, during the coming days, but he stressed that this return will be a major condition, which is that the fans receive the approved vaccines against the Corona virus, in addition to other requirements.
Lekjaa stressed during a meeting of the directorate office, yesterday, via video technology, that he is awaiting the decision of the competent authorities in this regard, with the obligation to have the passport of vaccination and take precautionary measures for Covid 19.
According to a press statement by the Moroccan Federation, Faouzi Lekjaa called on club presidents to urge their fans to obtain a vaccination permit as soon as possible. He also called on them to take all necessary logistical measures to ensure the success of the process of returning fans to the stadiums. The fans have been absent from the stands for a year and a half after the Federation issued in March 2020, a statement suspending the mass attendance due to Corona.
