January .. Rally, international visits and crowning the Saudi Super Champion

The Ministry of Sports inaugurated the year 2021 by hosting the largest engine race “Dakar 2021” on January 2, for the second consecutive season, with the participation of more than 500 competitors from different countries of the world with a distance of more than 7,600 km. The race witnessed the success of five Saudi competitors in reaching the finish line of the rally. In the city of Taif, the Saudi Camel Federation organized the third edition of the Crown Prince Camel Festival, which is the largest race in the world for camels in terms of financial prizes and participating camels. Sports, as well as the establishment of 39 training programs in 15 countries around the world with the participation of more than 500 trainees under the umbrella of the Institute for Leadership Development in the Ministry of Sports, before the Saudi junior volleyball team concluded the month by winning the sixth Gulf Cup title for the first time in the history of the game.
