The Egyptian Football Association, headed by Ahmed Megahed, announced several decisions regarding the formation of committees in preparation for the next season (2021-2022).
The most prominent decisions of the Football Association came to appoint Essam Abdel-Fattah as head of the referees committee, provided that he submit the new form to the committee starting next October.
The current committee is scheduled to continue until the end of this month to conduct business.
The Football Association also decided to appoint Counselor Mohamed Abdo Saleh as head of the Disciplinary Committee, Adel Moussa as head of the Players Affairs Committee, Khaled Kamel as head of the Second Division Competitions Committee, and Adel Mahfouz as Chairman of the Third Division Competitions Committee, while consideration of the First Division Competitions Committee was postponed pending the Club Association elections. It is scheduled to take place next Sunday.
The Egyptian Federation also decided to postpone the formation of dispute settlement committees, licensing clubs and professional players, and development for a later time.
