Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Egyptian star Mohamed Salah sent a celebratory message after 10 years of representing his country for the first time.
Salah posted a photo on his official Twitter account, wearing the captain’s armband for the Egyptian national team.
The star of the Egyptian national team commented on the photo, saying: “10 years and the counting is still going on,” he said.
The English club Liverpool player is scheduled to play his country’s match against Gabon in the 2022 World Cup qualifiers, which will be played on Sunday.
It is noteworthy that the Egyptian team had achieved an important victory over Anvola with a clean goal, scored by Mohamed Magdy Afsha.
