Fujairah, September 4 / WAM / The UAE judo team for the cubs and juniors categories has raised the degree of its preparations in the daily joint exercises in Fujairah with the Fujairah Club for the age stages of judo martial arts.
This comes within the framework of the two parties’ preparations to participate in the Arab Open Championship for Teams and Clubs for Judo, the 10th for juniors and females, the 8th for young men and 6 for young women, cubs and buds, organized by the Arab Judo Federation in Cairo from 9 to 16 September.
The joint training will continue at the Fujairah Martial Arts Club hall until the time of travel to Cairo via Sharjah International Airport next Wednesday afternoon, while the delegation of our team is currently staying at the Concorde Hotel in Fujairah.
The delegation of the Al-Amal Judo team in the camp currently includes Muhammad Jassim, the assistant secretary, as the head of the delegation, Ahmed Suleiman Al-Balushi, the accompanying international referee, Shaaban Al-Sayed, the technical director of the federation as administrator of the mission, the Japanese Ashid Koki, the age-stage coach of the federation, and ten players in the current camp are Hamid Saeed Al Shamsi, and Saif Salem Al Hammadi, Manea Juma Murad, Zayed Faisal Al Naqbi, Hamad Saleh Al Hashemi, Rashid Muhammad Sharif, Mayed Rashid Al Naqbi, Mansour Juma Abdul Rahman, Muhammad Al Balushi, and Omar Al Hosani.
His Excellency Mohammed bin Thaloub Al Darei, Chairman of the Board of the Wrestling and Judo Federation, urged the delegations of the Hope team and the Fujairah Martial Arts Club to make efforts during the Arab Championship to reflect the bright face of the UAE Judo, which started a new stage, within the Federation’s five-year plan 2021-2026, which focuses on Younger age groups, in order to ensure the continuity of generations and the sustainability of achievements.
The Arab Judo Federation has set the arrival of the participating teams and teams to Cairo until next Thursday, which is the date set for the registration of participants in the tournament, and set six o’clock in the evening next Friday as the date for the technical meeting and the balance in preparation for the launch of the open championship for teams, clubs and buds, which will be at noon next Saturday.
