Jordan’s Crown Prince: The dangerous stage of infection with the Corona virus has passed, and King Abdullah is in the best condition

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – The Jordanian Crown Prince, Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II, revealed the latest developments in his health, stressing that he has passed the “dangerous” stage, after he was diagnosed with the Corona virus a few days ago.

And the Jordanian Crown Prince said, in a telephone interview with the official “Al-Mamlaka” channel, on Friday: “I am fine, thank God, and I took the vaccine, so I passed the dangerous stage.”

The Crown Prince added that “the vaccine reduces the rate of hospitalization, but it does not prevent infection,” stressing the need for everyone to receive the vaccine, “especially those of my age, because we are the most vulnerable group to infection.”

Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II said that Jordan’s King Abdullah II and Queen Rania Al Abdullah, who entered a precautionary quarantine for 5 days and ends today, “in the best case, their last examination was negative.”

He pointed out that his brother, Prince Hashem bin Al Hussein, “is also in stone, I do not know how to see them or reassure them, but we communicate by phone.”

The Jordanian Crown Prince stressed that “the closures depend on the epidemiological situation of the country and are not linked to a person, and I am like anyone,” and they agreed to the need to increase vaccination rates “so that we do not find ourselves in a difficult situation.”

Last Monday, the Royal Court announced that Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II had been infected after he had performed a “routine examination approved in accordance with the health instructions followed in the Royal Hashemite Court.”

At the time, the debt statement indicated that the Jordanian crown prince, who had received the vaccine against the Corona virus, had “mild symptoms and is in very good health.”

The statement stated that, “according to the health protocol followed in the case of contact with people who have received the vaccine against the Corona virus, King Abdullah II and Queen Rania Al Abdullah will be subject to a precautionary home quarantine for a period of 5 days, knowing that the results of their examinations were negative.”
